The average <br /> quarterly groundwater elevation changes in the Lower Aquifer differ from those in the Upper and <br /> Intermediate aquifers, as shown above. Water levels in the Upper and Intermediate aquifers <br /> are influenced by local recharge mechanisms, whereas the Lower Aquifer recharge originates <br /> 11 <br />
