Monthly Treatment System Performance Report
Month: October-10
Submitted by: Nestle USA, Inc.
Submittal Date: 19-Nov-10
Incident/Corrective Action Report
Location Incident Corrective Action
Industrial Avenue
None No corrective action
Treatment System
Notes:
The system at Stockton Avenue includes wells E-2 and E-6 and was off in October 2010. The Industrial Avenue treatment system ran 99.93%of the time in October 2010.
Short-duration shutdowns(approximately 20 to 60 minutes)may be caused by fluctuations in the supply power. These shut downs and start ups are part of the normal
operation to protect the equipment from serious damage during under voltage conditions. The automatic restart includes purge, preheat and transfer-to-process operations
that take approximately 20 minutes to complete.
