Box 2009
Stockton, California 95201
RE: Mohr-Fry Ranches property at 950 Industrial Drive, Stockton, California
Please find enclosed our report for the Phase II Remedial work conducted at the above
referenced facility. We would like to get together for a brief meeting after you have had a
chance to review the report.
The laboratory results from the composite sample taken from the stockpiled soil on June
9, 1993, are enclosed. The first report indicated diesel was non detect but other
hydrocarbons were present. I had the laboratory determine what the other hydrocarbons
were and provide the information on a second report. Motor oil is present in the soil at
272 mg/Kg.
The original sampling of the spoils pile composite samples taken February 8, 1991, did not
disclose motor oil, only diesel (copy enclosed). We believe that the oil came from the
samples taken from the recent bore hole cuttings and may represent only a small portion of
the total yardage of the stockpiled soil.
