KLEINFELDER <br /> File No . 23430020 .D00 <br /> August 26, 1994 <br /> f <br /> 1 .0 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br /> This is a report of Kleinfelder's Environmental and Geotechnical Assessment of the proposed <br /> Tank Excavation at the San Joaquin County Garage at 130 North Hunter Street in Stockton, <br /> California. <br /> _. e' collected a total of thirteen (13) soil samples for environmental p fourteen <br /> (14) for geotec ses from two soil borings, p es obtained from our <br /> soil borings adjacent to the garage ctable petroleum hydrocarbons. Therefore, the <br /> j former underground sto STs) appear released gasoline range petroleum <br /> hydroc e soil with an unknown distance of migration. <br /> j Geotechnical laboratory tests were performed on selected samples obtained from a borings in <br /> order to evaluate the moisture, density, and strength characteristics of the soil encountered. <br /> Results of these tests are on the geotechnical laboratory summary sheet in the Appendix E. <br /> A copy of this report should be submitted to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Division for their review and consideration. This report is subject to the limitations found in <br /> Chapter 7.
