The location(s)orgcotechnical test site(s)will be determined in consultation with the landowner(s). Geotechnical samplirtg will be either bore hole(s) or test pit(s). The exploration holes) will be approximately 30-50 feet in depth. Test pits will be approximately eight(8)feet wide,20 feet long,and 15 feet deep. Test pit(s)will be backfilled- After sample collecting is complete,bore holes)will be backfilled and sealed with grout. Equipment to be used for the exploration includes a truck mounted drill rig,a Crater truck,backhoe and a pick-up truck. The rights and privileges hereby granted to District may,ati the option of the District, be exercised by any authori%ed agent Or contractor of District including C142M Hill, Olivia Chen Consultants, and Pitcher Drilling. District agrees upon the completion of any work hereunder to restore the surface of the ground as near as possible to the condition in which it Was prior to the commencement of said work. It is understood and meed that the District will leave the premises in a cleats and orderly condition and will repair, replace, or compensate for any existing improvements that may have been disturbed or removed during the course-of work, Project team members and the project consultant have been thoroughly instructed in proper field procedures and conduct. The following rules will be followed: Prnperty owners will be.given at least 24 hours notice prior to entry by phone or mail. • Gates will be left as they were found- No pets or firearms will be permitted. All machinery and vehicles will be equipped with spark arre8tors- All vehicles will bee required to carry fire extinguisher.and shovels. • Smoking is permitted only in enclosed vehicles. No trash or other evidence of field visits will be left on the property. All field staff will carry identification and information regarding this project, Vehicle speeds will be kept to five(5)miles per hour on unpaved roads in agricultural properties to minimize dust. �� Owner jc welcome to accompany or observe any of the crews working on their property at any time-
