ACCESS AGREEMENT <br /> Soil Boring Advancement <br /> 5151 Pacific Avenue, Stockton,CA <br /> (APN: 108-160-01) <br /> Permission is granted to Advanced GeoEnvriomnental, Inc (AGE) acting on behalf of Stockton <br /> Environmental,to perform subsurface soil sampling on the property located at 5151 Pacific Avenue, <br /> Stockton,California. <br /> This investigation and sampling of soil is to be conducted as part of due diligence effort to <br /> investigate areas of potential environmental concern in the area of the Agricultural and Natural <br /> Resources Yard/Shima Center at San Joaquin Delta College, 5151 Pacific Avenue, Stockton, <br /> California. <br /> AGE will agree to PROPERTY OWNER designated hours of access, make reasonable efforts to <br /> avoid or minimize interference with or disrupt any business activities at the PROPERTY OWNER <br /> Further AGE will hold general commercial liability insurance to cover $1,000,000 for damage, <br /> personal damage and death; auto; and workman compensation in accordance with the laws of the <br /> State of California. <br /> INDEMNITY <br /> PROPERTY OWNER has no assumed liabilities for any injury or damages that may occur during <br /> these activities on the property. AGE agree to indemnify,defend and hold harmless PROPERTY <br /> OWNER against any claims,suits or demands,including attorney's fees and court costs,arising out <br /> of AGE's performance of investigation work at the PROPERTY OWNER property brought by any <br /> third party, person, entity or government body.
