If a slip cap is used it must be <br /> secured with stainless steel screws. Please add a comment to the figure. <br /> c. The text describes placement of bollards but they are not shown on the figure. <br /> d. The material surrounding the wellhead is not identified as concrete. Using cement <br /> to set the wellhead is not acceptable; therefore, please show the material as <br /> concrete. <br /> The workplan is approved on the condition that the above comments are addressed in an <br /> addendum letter to be submitted prior to installation of the wells.
