BYGEO <br /> INCORPORATED <br /> California Department of Resources (DWR) Well Completion Reports will be prepared and <br /> submitted in accordance with regulations. In addition, Monitoring Well Construction Detail <br /> forms(Appendix A) will be completed and included in the initial report. <br /> After the cement grout has set for at least 48 hours, the well will be developed using a surge <br /> block and bailer. Approximately 15 to 25 well volumes will be removed from the well during <br /> the development process. Field parameters, including pH, electrical conductivity, temperature, <br /> turbidity, dissolved oxygen and salinity will be monitored and recorded during the development <br /> process on the Monitoring Well Development Form presented in Appendix A. <br /> GROUNDWATER SAMPLING AND ANALYSIS <br /> After the monitoring wells have been installed and no sooner than 48 hours after the initial well <br /> development activities, groundwater from the wells will be sampled and analyzed according to <br /> the procedures described in this section. <br /> Sampling Preparations <br /> The following guidelines are suggested,but not required, as preparation for sampling events: <br /> • Laboratory Coordination <br /> o Call specified labs approximately one week prior to the proposed sampling date to <br /> confirm and order glassware required for the sampling. <br /> o Test for the items listed below under Sample Analyses. <br /> o Arrange for appropriate type and quantity of bottles to be delivered or arrange for <br /> pick-up. <br /> o Confirm holding time and other details applicable for the proposed testing. <br /> 4943.4.640.01 <br /> April 17, 2007 5 <br />
