Surfaces must be dry before applying bonder. <br /> STEP 1: Remove Old Boot STEP Z: Clean all Repair Components STEP 3: Place&Dry Fit Insert&Sleeve <br /> • Remove clamps Clean all repair components with DBC Place the split cuff insert over the pipe and test fifilWo <br /> • Cut away old boot prior to installation inside of the existing fitting cuff. <br /> • Clean&sand fitting Place the split sleeve over the pipe&up to the cutJl with <br /> Split Cleaner Split the fill port up <br /> Cuff Sleeve 9 <br /> Insert <br /> nao <br /> A r <br /> Eccentric Insert Multi-Sync <br /> a.: Reducer z <br /> If everything fits continue STEP 5: Install The Sleeve STEP 6:Install&Bond Eccentric Insert&Multi-Syme <br /> • Apply DBB V to outside of cuff. Reducer Back Together <br /> with the install. If there is a Position the sleeve with the fill port at the top Wrack Eccentric Insert around the pipe <br /> problem with the fit& Once you have the sleeve lined up correctly, Wrack Multi-Sync Reducer around the pipe <br /> slide onto cuff Apply Zip Tite to split area on Eccentric Insert, pnws <br /> function of these parts,either ends together&clamp. <br /> adjust to make fit if possible, Apply Zip Tite to split area on Multi-Sync Reduce, <br /> or Call the factory(530:534- press ends together&clamp <br /> 3966) for additional help <br /> STEP 4: Bond Sleeve&Insert <br /> • Apply Zip Tite to split cuff insert. Use 1 of <br /> the clamps to hold in place while curing. <br /> • Apply Zip Tite to the split sleeve and use 2 <br /> clamps to hold in place while curing. <br /> • Leave these clamps in place for approx 30 <br /> minutes for curing before proceeding to <br /> the next step r <br /> r; <br /> Set the Clamp the around the sleeve&over the <br /> cuff and tighten"snugly". ill <br />
