The 87 turbine sump lid metal clamp is broken and needs replacement. This clamp is part of <br /> the system which prevents water intrusion into the sump and gasoline vapors from escaping the sump. <br /> Immediately replace the clamp. Submit a corrective action statement to the Environmental Health <br /> Department (EHD) by September 29, 2013. <br /> 403, 406. The dispenser 1/2, 3/4 and 5/6 annular sensors were in alarm during and after the inspection <br /> since the interstitial space has leaks and will not hold the interstitial fluid. The sensors monitoring the <br /> liquid level in the interstitial space shall be maintained so that a breach in the primary or secondary <br /> containment is detected before the hazardous substance is released into the environment. <br /> The facility owner has applied for a repair permit, SR0067629, to make the dispenser sump repairs. The <br /> permit was approved August 5, 2013. Have the repair work started as soon as possible. The facility is <br /> in violation until the repairs are complete and inspected by the EHD. <br /> Note <br /> 1.
