Your letter states that you have received three bids for the cleanup process <br /> and will be submitting a workplan to the California Regional Water Quality Control Board by <br /> October 2, 2000. <br /> Fund staff contacted Marty Hartzell of the Regional Water Quality Control Board. A letter was <br /> sent to you dated August 28,2000 requiring a workplan to investigate the lateral and vertical <br /> extent of contamination be submitted by October 2, 2000. Fund staff will contact Mr. Hartzell <br /> on October 2 to verify that he did indeed receive the requested workplan.
