When last we spoke , there had been several monitoring events for your site , but no
data or reports had been put on GeoTracker , I think you said the consultant was going to
.i report on a number of events in the same report . You were going to see if you could get
some of the information to me so I could make a decision about reactivating the DPE system
! on the 715 Hunter site . It had run for just a few weeks when the RP turned it off as his
CUF claim was suspended . As the system was off , I wanted to evaluate the potential for
drawing the Unifirst plume onto the 715 site or for adding complication to the management
of the Unifirst plume before we direct the 715 RP to reinitiate DPE . I asked Frank , our
caseworker for the 715 site , to check GeoTracker for submittals and with you if no info
was on GeoTracker yet .
Any info you can provide us will be appreciated .
Nuel Henderson
From : Frank Girardi [EH]
Sent : Wednesday , June 10 , 2009 1 : 55 PM
To : ' aterrell@waterboards . ca . gov '
Cc : Nuel Henderson [EH]
Subject : Unifirst Site PCE/ TCE plume
i
Amy ,
I am sending this e -mail as a follow-up from your phone conversation with Nuel Henderson
back in November 2008 regarding the possible migration of the PCE / TCE plume from the
Unifirst Site to the RMB Garage site located at 715 N Hunter . I understand that the
quarterly groundwater samples were to be analyzed using 8260B runs . Do you have any
information concerning the PCE/ TCE plumes impact / effect of on the RMB garage site ? Thanks .
1
I
