INTRODUCTION <br /> At the request of Mr Vince Erardi of Erardi Ventures,Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc (AGE)has <br />' prepared this quarterly report for the property located at 715 North Hunter Street, Stockton, <br /> California The scope of work included performance of a quarterly ground water monitoring event, <br /> and the preparation of this report The site and the surrounding area are illustrated on Figure 1 <br /> On-site structures and monitoring well locations are illustrated on Figure 2 Additional site <br /> background information is provided in Appendix A <br /> I <br /> 2.0. PROCEDURES <br />' Four ground water monitoring wells were purged and sampled on 22 July 2005 Field work was <br /> performed as outlined in the AGE-prepared Monitoring Well Installation Work Plan - May 2002, <br />' dated 22 May 2002 and approved by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> (EHD) by letter dated 22 July 2002, the work was performed in accordance with guidelines <br /> established by the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) for the <br /> • investigation of underground storage tank (UST) sites <br /> 2 1 WELL MONITORING AND EVACUATION <br /> On 22 July 2005,the depth to ground water in all four monitoring wells was measured from the top <br /> of each well casing to the nearest 0 01-foot utilizing a Solinst water level meter Ground water <br /> elevation in each well was calculated by subtracting the measured depth to ground water from the <br /> surveyed casing elevation (Table 1) <br /> After water levels were measured approximately 6 gallons of water a minimum of 3 casing-water <br /> pp Y g ( <br /> volumes per well) were purged from the monitoring wells using a Waterra inertial pump and <br /> dedicated hoses Groundwater temperature,pH,and conductivity were measured at regular intervals <br /> during purging using an Oakton water analyzer Field sheets and data are included in Appendix B <br /> Purged water was stored on-site in properly labeled,55-gallon Department of Transportation(DOT)- <br /> approved drums <br /> 22 COLLECTION AND ANALYSIS OF GROUND WATER SAMPLES <br /> I Water samples were collected from each purged well using dedicated tubing after allowing the wells <br /> to achieve a `minimum 80% recovery of the pre-purge water volume Each water sample was <br /> . transferred into the following laboratory supplied containers three 40-milliliter(ml)volatile organic <br /> Advanced GeoUnvironmental,Inc <br />
