GARAGE (ERARDI VENTURES)
' 715 North Hunter Street, Stockton, California
' 1.0 INTRODUCTION
At the request of Mr Vince Erardi ofErardl Ventures,Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc (AGE)has
' prepared this quarterly report for the property located at 715 North Hunter Street, Stockton,
California The scope of work included performance of a quarterly ground water monitoring event,
disposal of purge water and soil cuttings, and the preparation of this report The site and the
' surrounding area are illustrated on Figure 1 On-site structures and monitoring well locations are
illustrated on Figure 2 Additional site background information is provided in Appendix A
2.0. PROCEDURES
' Four ground water monitoring wells were purged and sampled on 20 April 2004 Field work was
performed as outlined in the AGE-prepared Monitoring Well Installation Work Plan - May 2002,
' dated 22 May 2002 and approved by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
(EHD) by letter dated 22 July 2002, the work was performed in accordance with guidelines
established by the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) for the
'. investigation of underground storage tank (UST) sites
' 2 1 WELL MONITORING AND EVACUATION
On 20 April 2004,the depth to ground water in all four monitoring wells was measured from the top
' of each well casing to the nearest 0 01-foot utilizing a Solinst water level meter Ground water
elevation in each well was calculated by subtracting the measured depth to ground water from the
surveyed casing elevation (Table 1)
' r levels were measured between 6 5 and 7 gallons of water a minimum of 3 casing-water
After Ovate e g (
volumes per well) were purged from the monitoring wells using a Waters inertial pump and
dedicated hoses Groundwater temperature,pH and conductivity were measured at regular intervals
during purging using an Oakton water analyzer Field sheets and data are included in Appendix B
' Purged water was stored on-site in properly labeled,55-gallon Department ofTransportation(DOT)-
approved drums
' 2 2 COLLECTION AND ANALYSIS OF GROUND WATER SAMPLES
' Water samples were collected from each purged well using dedicated tubing after allowing the wells
to achieve a minimum 80% recovery of the pre-purge water volume Each water sample was
transferred into the following laboratory supplied containers three 40-milliliter(ml)volatile organic
' Advanced CeoEnvironmental,Inc
1
