Report location&nature of <br /> Promptly notify your immediate supervisor as soon as reasonably emergency <br /> possible after the spill. Name&Phone# <br /> Cooperate with all emergency responders and law enforcement <br /> officers. Stay on the line <br /> DO NOT depart the scene until the spill is cleaned up,or until Assist if safe to do so <br /> emergency responders and/or law enforcement says it is ok to do so. <br /> •If the spill was accompanied by,or due to a vehicle accident, Air <br /> follow all vehicle accident instructions. <br /> What Emergency Spill Procedures <br /> Personnel Need To Know <br /> •Emergency cleanup and disposal measures •Any rags and absorbent material used by you to contain and <br /> •Required protective equipment clean a small spill MUST be returned to the store and logged as <br /> hazardous waste unless otherwise taken care of by an <br /> •Use of cleanup equipment emergency responder. <br /> •Firefighting and other emergency measures(i.e.,first aid) <br /> •Use of other emergency equipment <br /> Spill Procedures Replenish Supplies <br /> •Prepare a written statement of what happened(within 48 hours) •Labels •Spill Kit <br /> via the Report of Accident Form and review with your immediate Hazardous Waste Absorbents <br /> supervisor before submitting.
