Pam of DTSC verified that we do have an exemption <br /> on file with their department. <br /> (Attachment 7) <br /> #15 Eve wash stations not provided. <br /> Eye wash stations have been ordered and will be installed in all district hazardous <br /> material accumulation areas along with a 20 BC fire extinguisher. <br /> (Attachment 8) <br /> # 28 & 29 TSDF copy of manifest could not be found. <br /> I have contacted PARC environmental to locate the manifest. <br /> (Attachment 1) <br /> # 94 SPCCP could not be found. <br /> The SPCCP for the Stockton facility is available and distributed to the appropriate <br /> locations.
