IVA <br /> a <br /> IC' VV <br /> A S S O C I A T E S I N C <br /> V— <br /> 2002 and Second Quarter Groundwater Monitoring Report, Canepa's Car Wash, 248 Park Street, <br /> Stockton, California, dated May 17, 2002 Based Condor's reports and on the analytical data <br /> 1 collected from the Farmer property, it is possible the hydrocarbon plume originating from the 610 <br /> North Hunter Street property has co-mingled with the hydrocarbon plume originating from the <br /> ICanepas Car Wash facility located at 642 North Hunter Street Groundwater data collected from <br /> the southeastern portion of the Canepa's Car Wash facility (MW3, MW6, HP 15 through HP 18) <br /> indicate that TPHg and BTEX concentrations are not elevated Additional investigation activities <br /> to further define the lateral extent if TPHg and BTEX impacted groundwater to the north do not <br /> appear to be necessary at this time <br /> 7.0 RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> The lateral extent of impacted soil and groundwater has been defined in the remaining directions <br /> and the vertical extent of impacted soil has been defined The vertical extent of impacted soil and <br /> groundwater was defined dunng previous site investigation activities At this time, ATC does not <br /> recommend performing additional drilling activities to evaluate the lateral extent of impacted soil <br /> ' or groundwater ATC recommends continued operation of the interim remediation system which <br /> includes dual phase vapor/groundwater extraction and air sparge systems The remediation system <br /> installation was detailed in ATC's Remediation Installation The performance of the interim <br /> remediation system will be evaluated quarterly and recommendations will be made for <br /> modifications to the system or verification sampling as needed <br />' w Iwordpro1625961reponsloff-site doc 8 <br />
