CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> MS-88-3 <br /> G . CHARLES JAGIR <br /> Unless otherwise specified , all conditions of approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to the submittal of the Parcel Map to the <br /> County Surveyor . <br /> PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT <br /> 1 . A parcel map is required . <br /> LOCAL HEALTH DISTRICT <br /> 1 . This tentative division of land shall meet the Rules and <br /> regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No . 549 . A <br /> percolation test , ten foot soil profile and a minimum sewage <br /> disposal area are required for Local Health District approval on <br /> Parcel A. <br /> 2 . Construction of an individual sewage disposal system under a <br /> Sanitation Permit and inspection by the Local Health District <br /> prior to occupancy. <br /> 3 . Construction of an individual' domestic water well under a well <br /> permit and inspection by the Local Health District . <br /> NOTE : Payment of school fees may be required prior to issuance <br /> of building permits . Contact the Lodi School District for <br /> specific fee requirements . <br />
