HEATH <br /> Deny the appeal and uphold the Planning FM Ti/sgq)YgrEaction <br /> to approve MS-88-3 based on the findings noted in the <br /> attached staff report, and subject to the attached con- <br /> ditions. <br /> REASON FOR RECOMMENDATION: <br /> The Planning Commission heard this matter at its meeting of <br /> September 17, 1987. After considering all written and oral <br /> testimony, the Commission denied the appeal filed on MS-88-3 <br /> and upheld the staff ' s decision to approve the division. The <br /> Commission also adopted conditions of approval for the <br /> subdivision. <br /> Mr. G. Charles Jagir, applicant, as well as four other area <br /> residents, spoke in favor of the application. Mr. Jagir sub- <br /> mitted 20 letters in support. Four residents spoke in opposi- <br /> tion to the proposal. It was noted that 17 letters were on <br /> file opposing the application. <br /> On September 28 , 1987 Mr. William P. Brodbeck filed an appeal <br /> of the Planning Commission action. <br /> 1.
