(3) Salvaged refuse materials shall not be kept in storage <br /> areas. <br /> ( 4) it is recommended that toilet, shower, and clothing <br /> storage facilities be provided for vehicle operators at <br /> storage and servicing areas, <br /> 90 Perinit for Disposal Area (Sections 140-146) : <br /> A. Any person desiring to operate any premise or site as a <br /> .disposal area in the unincorporated area of San Joaquin County <br /> shall file with the Health District an application for a <br /> permit to do so, <br /> Bo The application for a permit to operate a disposal area trust <br /> be made in writing and signed by the applicant, and must <br /> include the followings <br /> (1) Four (4) sets of plans showing the following facts about <br /> the sites <br /> ae The site in its entirety, drawn to scale; <br /> b. The water table : depth to highest known water <br /> table usable for domestic or industrial purposeao <br /> and source of such information; <br /> One test hole to water table shall be <br /> drilled per 10 acres, showing its location <br /> and depth. <br /> c. Any contiguous waterway or drain; <br /> d, dells, capped or uncapped, including well logs if <br /> available; <br /> e. Elevations and slope, indicated by contour linos; <br /> f. Type of soil; <br /> g. Existing and proposed building locations; <br /> h. Intended points of ingress and egress; <br /> i. Interior roads and ramps; <br /> J. Location and type of fence; <br /> k. Kinds of materials to be disposed of on site; <br /> 1. Location of main highway or road; <br /> m.
