f <br /> AMENDED <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> MS-88-2 <br /> HARRY & JOANNE WIEBE <br /> Unless otherwise specified , all conditions of approval <br /> shall be complied with prior to the submittal of the Parcel <br /> Map to the County Surveyor . <br /> DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> 1 . A parcel map is required . <br /> 2 . The private road shall be built 24 feet wide and <br /> shall consist of 2 inches of asphalt concrete over 8 <br /> inches of aggregate base with a 41 foot radius <br /> cul—de—sac located on Parcels A & B ( all as shown on <br /> the tentative map) prior to recording the parcel <br /> map . <br /> 3 . Calculations for sizing culvert shall be submitted . <br /> LOCAL HEALTH DISTRICT <br /> 1 . Percolation tests are required on Parcels A, C , and <br /> D. Sewage disposal areas must be located at least <br /> 50 feet from the high water line of the drainage <br /> easement and exterior property lines . <br /> 2 . Applicant must demonstrate that there is adequate <br /> space on Parcels C & D to locate wells , sewage <br /> disposal areas and the residences with the proper <br /> isolation distance prior to recording the final map . <br /> PACIFIC GA$- AND ELECTRIC COMPANY <br /> 1 . The entire private road shall be dedicated as a <br /> Public Utility Easement . <br />
