Box 2009 (1601 East Hazelton Avenue) 0 Stockton, California 95201 <br /> (209)468-3400 <br /> PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING <br /> SITE MITIGATION PLAN <br /> NOTICE IS HEARBY GIVEN that a corrective action plan for <br /> remediation of an underground leaking storage tank site located at <br /> 500 Hospital Road (APN# 193-050-03-6) , on the western portion of <br /> the San Joaquin General Hospital complex, in the unincorporated <br /> area of French Camp, County of San Joaquin, has been reviewed by <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division. The plan is a proposal for mitigation of hazardous <br /> substances which contaminated the site due to an unauthorized <br /> release associated with the underground storage tank that was <br /> located on the property. <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division, Local UST Oversight Program, has made a tentative <br /> determination that the plan is in compliance with local, State and <br /> Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work will not <br /> create significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the <br /> benefits to be gained from cleanup of the contamination. <br /> The corrective action plan is available for public review at the <br /> Environmental Health Division, 445 N. San Joaquin Street, Stockton, <br /> during normal working hours, 8 : 00 a.m. - 5: 00 p.m. If a request by <br /> any member of the public for a public hearing is not received by <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division by January 18, 1993 the tentative decision shall become <br /> final on that date and time. <br /> All requests for public hearings must be filed in writing to Public <br /> Health Services, Environmental Health Division at the above <br /> address.
