KLEI Nf-ELDER Analytical Results Anal 6 2 2 Stockpile y ' The 48 stockpile samples were analyzed on a standard (5-day) turnaround schedule for ' ► Purgeable TPH by EPA Method 8015M/5030 ' ► BTEX by EPA Method 8020 The analytical results are listed on Table 4. TPH as gasoline concentrations ranged from 0 to 37 mg/kg A copy of the analytical laboratory report is included in Appendix I. ' 6 3 AERATION ' Based on the analytical results of the stockpile soil samples, Kleinfelder submitted an application to the San Joaquin Unified Air Pollution Control District for aeration of the soil The application was approved in a letter dated May 20, 1993 (Appendix I) 6 3.1 Soil Aeration Sampling The stockpiled soil was spread out to a depth of 1 foot for aeration at a site behind the hospital complex (Plate 8) After the soil was aerated for approximately 1 month, the soil was screened with a PID on June 25, 1993, the results of which are presented on Table 5 Soil samples were collected from 6 to 8 inches below the ground surface along six rows Four samples were collected per row.
