All wells <br /> identified in the survey and the location/addresses on a map along with any known construction details <br /> of the wells should be provided to PHS/EHD. Include the well survey in the March quarterly <br /> monitoring report. <br /> The lateral and vertical extent of the groundwater contamination has not been defined. Given the <br /> highly mobile and resilient nature of MTBE,there is urgency in the investigation and corrective action <br /> of the contamination at this site to prevent migration of the contamination and potential impact to local <br /> drinking water wells.
