Also included is a copy of the drilling permit issued by your office
in December 2000.
The plan for this deep well originally was to install a conductor casing to 25' and then
drill to the prescribed depth of well termination to be determined by the CPT's. Since this
depth is only to 50', a conductor casing is not required to 25' based on the construction of
MW-1.
Soil sampling in this area for geology has all ready been conducted to a depth of thirty-
five in previous boring and should be duplicated. We propose to start sampling for this
location at a depth of 40' and continue to a depth of 51' at the termination of this boring.
Samples will be collected for geology and lab on 5' intervals. The well will be to a depth
of 50'. The well screen will be from forty (40)to fifty(50)in depth. The construction
will be in accordance with the approved work plan dated May 18,2000.
The site is currently being USA.The work is scheduled to be completed on April 25,
2001 at 10;00.
If there are any questions please contact our office.
Sincerely;
W.H.Fox,H REA
WHF, Tne Environmental&Engineering Group
CC: Dale Boyett-Boyett Petroleum
Mr. Marty Hartzell--RWQCB, CVR
i
t
2 'd 282b8i'8602 'OuI `FHM L,91 : IT To TZ Jdd
f
