The concentrations of MTBE in groundwater <br /> samples collected from MW-2, MW-3, MW-4R, MW-6, MW-8, and MW-9 have been below the MCL <br /> since the June 2004 monitoring event or earlier. The concentrations of MTBE are below the MCL for all <br /> Ithe groundwater samples collected from the Site monitoring wells on June 30, 2005. <br /> LIMITATIONS <br /> This report was prepared under the direct supervision of a Professional Geologist in the State of <br /> California. The standard of care for all services performed or furnished by Condor is commensurate with <br /> the care and skill ordinarily used by a member of the environmental profession practicing under similar <br /> conditions at the same time in the same locality.
