The Workplan includes a scope <br /> of work to complete the following items as requested in our 8 February 2002 letter: <br /> Groundwater monitoring and sampling. <br /> A well receptor survey within 2,000 feet of the site. <br /> An investigation to define the lateral and vertical extent of soil contamination near the former above <br /> ground storage tank. <br /> All data will be submitted in a report of findings summary report. The Workplan is approved as submitted. All <br /> work must be completed in accordance with State and local laws, including obtaining appropriate permits.
