approximately 30 feet below grade at the approximate locations shown in Figure 4. <br /> Continuous soil samples will be taken. Permits for the Soil Probe will be requested from San <br /> Joaquin County. <br /> All soil samples will be field checked with a Photoionization Detector [PID] which measures <br /> organic vapors. All soil samples in excess of background levels will be analyzed. <br /> Soil samples will be analyzed for TPHD . <br /> Soil samples collected in the butyrate liner will be preserved by covering both ends with plastic <br /> caps. Soil samples will be labeled and logged under Chain-of- Custody (COC) control. Soil <br /> samples will be stored in a cooler with ice, transported to a state certified laboratory for <br /> analysis with COC documentation. <br /> A maximum of 25 soil samples is anticipated to be collected and analyzed in this task. <br /> Task 6 <br /> A well receptor survey will be conducted within a 2,000 foot radius of the site and shall <br /> provide recorded well construction. The well construction data will be presented in a Table. <br /> The well's location will be identified on a map. <br /> Task 7 <br /> A report will be prepared to document the results of the investigation and the laboratory <br /> analyses of the samples. The report will include a summary of the field work, boring logs, <br /> COC documentation, certified analytical results, conclusions and recommendations. <br /> The results of all soil and groundwater sampling relating to the UST and AST investigation <br /> will be presented in Tables. Detection limits will be shown. <br /> Site maps will be to scale and show the location of the former UST and AST, current UST, <br /> buried pipes and utilities, if any, septic system and leach fields, if any, all above ground <br /> structures including utility lines, as well as nearby land marks such as rivers, and potentially <br /> sensitive receptors. <br /> The report will include a complete geologic description of the site subsurface lithology. <br /> Properly labeled cross-sections will be included. A standard explanation will be included with <br /> the cross-sections that defines all units, abbreviations and symbols used, as well as the <br /> horizontal and vertical scales used to create the dra%A-ings. <br /> Two copies of the report will be submitted to the client . <br /> 4 <br />
