AMENDED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> MS-87-6 <br /> MARIE A. DUVAL <br /> DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> Frontage improvements shall be required in accordance to half <br /> of a 50 ' wide right-of-way road on Carroll Avenue and Dawes <br /> Avenue . The improvements shall include but not be limited to <br /> pavement widening , curb, gutter , sidewalk and drainage <br /> facilities . the frontage improvements on Carroll Avenue and <br /> Daws Avenue may be deferred at the discretion of the <br /> Department of Public Works ; in this case, the owner shall <br /> execute a Deferred Frontage Improvement Agreement with the <br /> County . <br /> LOCAL HEALTH DISTRICT <br /> All development must connect to the public water and public <br /> sewers . <br /> FINALND <br />
