<br /> 1) An easement for irrigation, drainage, domestic water well and waterline and roadway
<br /> purposes in and upon the northerly twenty (20) feet of the portion of the servient tene-
<br /> ment which lies inmediately south of the county road,
<br /> 2) An easement for roadway, irrigation and drainage purposes in and upon the southerly
<br /> twenty (20) feet and easterly twenty (20) feet of the servient tenement, and
<br /> 3) An easement twenty (20) feet in width for irrigation and drainage
<br /> upon the servient tenement extending from the easterlyboundaryg purposes and

<br /> Said easements shall include the right to construct, operate and maintain custccrary
<br /> improvements such as gravel roads, ditches (whether lined or unlined) , pipelines, gates,
<br /> valves, pumps and as to the domestic water well easement a pump, well, pressure tank and
<br /> electrical panel.
<br /> The servient estate shall have the right to jointly utilize the facilities constructed by
<br /> the holder of the dominant tenement upon said easements provided that sufficient capacity
<br /> exists and the cost of construction, operation and maintenance of the jointly used facili-
<br /> ties is shared based on use.
<br /> The cost of operation, maintenance and improvement of existing facilities in said ease-
<br /> ments which are jointly used and jointly constructed facilities will be shared based on
<br /> use.
<br /> The owner of the servient tenement shall have the right at his own cost and expense to
<br /> relocate the easements and facilities constructed thereon provided that the service to the
<br /> dominent tenement is not diminished in any way.
<br /> The easements granted hereby are appurtenant to and shall run with the parcel conveyed
<br /> herein which has been referred to above as the dominant tenement. Said easements may also
<br /> be used to serve other parcels acquired or occupied by the owner of the dominant tenement.
