2. Label the waste as follows: <br /> "Waste Oil" <br /> (Name of the Company) <br /> Start of accumulation date: MM/DD/YR <br /> (ie, the date you began to fill the container) <br /> 3. Arrange for a transporter to pick up your waste oil at regular intervals. there may be a <br /> minimal charge for this service. The transporter must be licensed to transport waste <br /> oil. Attachment 1 identifies those companies in possession of the appropriate licenses. <br /> Call California Department of Health Services, Toxic Substance Control Division to <br /> confirm that transporter requirements have been met since this list changes frequently. <br /> 4.
