EXHIBIT C <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> GLEASON PARK APARTMENTS <br /> The following Tasks will be completed as part of this Agreement: <br /> TASK 1 . Land Use Covenant (LUC). <br /> (a) Soil Management Plan (SMP). The Proponent will submit to DTSC a <br /> SMP for review and approval. SMP shall outline how any contaminated <br /> soils brought to the surface by grading, excavation, trenching or <br /> backfilling shall be managed in accordance with all applicable provisions <br /> of state and federal law. The SMP shall include reference to a Health <br /> and Safety Plan that protects anyone that has the potential to come into <br /> contact--with contaminated soils at the site. <br /> (b) LUC. DISC will draft a LUC, which includes reference to an approved <br /> SMP, for submittal to the City of Stockton Revitalization Department. <br /> The LUC is to be signed by the current Property owner and returned to <br /> DTSC for signature. The DTSC-signed LUC will be returned to the City <br /> of Stockton Revitalization Department and current Property owner for <br /> recordation with the local County Assessor/Recorder's office. <br /> TASK 2. No Further Action Letter. Upon receipt of a copy of the recorded LUC DTSC <br /> shall issue a No Further Action letter to the City of Stockton Revitalization Department <br /> and to Mercy Housing California. <br />
