Representative Present: <br />Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC): <br />Leo Valdez, Hazardous Substances Scientist <br />San Joaquin County Environmental Health: <br />Michelle Sterni -Le, Environmental Health Specialist <br />Ladd's Stockton Marina: <br />Allen Bonnifield, Manager of Ladd's Stockton Marina <br />III. Observations: <br />Michelle, Kent Miller and I arrived at Ladd's Stockton Marina to verify compliance with <br />hazardous waste regulations. I asked Mr. Bonnifield if it was ok for me to sample his <br />sandblast waste and he said it was alright with him. I asked Mr. Bonnifield what <br />happens to his sandblast waste and he said that people pick it up for personnel use or <br />that he puts it in a trash dumpster to be hauled away. When Mr. Bonnifield took us on <br />a tour of the facility, he showed us the active sandblasting area where a marine vessel <br />
