Services,Environmental Health Division (SJCPHSIEHD) <br /> THIRD QUARTER 2001 ACTIVITES <br /> Blaine Tech Services, Inc (Blaine) of San Jose, California gauged and sampled all site wells <br /> This event was coordinated with the former Chevron station located at 301 West Kettleman <br /> Lane Blaine prepared a summary table of field gauging data and gasoline constituents Cambria <br /> prepared an additional groundwater analytical data table (Table 1), a site vicinity map (Figure 1), <br /> and extended site map (Figure 2), and a groundwater contour/chemical concentration map <br /> (Figure 3) Blaine's report, presenting the laboratory report, is included as Appendix A, and <br /> draft tables summarizing the former Chevron well gauging and analytical data are included in <br /> Appendix B <br /> Oakland CA Methyl tertiary butyl ether(MTBE)was detected at 22 parts per billion (ppb) in well MW-8 No <br /> San Ramon, CA <br /> Sonoma CA petroleum hydrocarbons or fuel oxygenates other than MTBE, were detected in groundwater <br /> Portland OR beneath the site this quarter <br /> Cambria <br /> Environmental Cambria submitted a Soil Remediation Work Plan on July 26, 2001, and received <br /> Technology,Inc SJCPHS/EHD's September 26, 2001 letter approving it <br /> *,Tkins Street <br /> P 0 Box 259 <br /> Sonoma,CA 95476 <br /> Tel(707)935-4850 <br /> Fax(707)935-6649 <br />
