This <br /> Order is now in effect. The Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board(Regional <br /> Board) staff received the 6 August 2002 letter from SECOR International Incorporated submitted <br /> on Chevron's behalf with two comments on the draft Order. Staff concurs with one of the <br /> comments and has revised the Order accordingly. The other comment requests that the Order not <br /> include the cardlock facility to the southeast of the site as part of the site. The cardlock facility is <br /> not part of the site and is only referenced as surrounding the site.
