PHSIEHD <br /> agreed with the report's recommendation that additional work to assess the extent of diesel, <br /> Methyl tert-Butyl Ether(MTBE) and Tert-Butyl Alcohol (TBA) impact in groundwater is warranted. <br /> in a telephone conversation with AGE staff on August 9, 1999, PHSIEHD requested the work plan <br /> be submitted to this office by August 31, 1999. In a telephone conversation on September 1, <br /> 1999, PHSIEHD agreed to extend the deadline. Submit this work plan and the next quarterly <br /> monitoring report by September 30, 1999. <br /> According to Appendix B of the Tri-Regional Recommendations for required data for site closure, <br /> a survey identifying any production wells for municipal, domestic, agricultural, industrial or other <br /> uses within a 2,000 feet radius of the site should be conducted.
