PHSIEHD concurs with this
conclusion.
Drawing number five of the report is misleading because the gasoline plume
extends beyond SB-1 (5100 ppb) and a southern plume boundary has been
drawn without the support of single datum. The diesel plume may also extend
south of the drawn southern plume boundary and it is also present in SB-1 (2500
ppb), SB-3 (330 ppb), SB-6 ( 450 ppb). MTBE was present in groundwater
samples from SB-1, SB-2, SB-4, SB-5, and SB-7.
There is lncOnsiStenct between the eoprob ing to s which describe the
native soil fromg _ t as clams and the boring logs from -1,2 and—d3
—
native
describe the top 16 feet of the soil profile as sandy.
