Box 388 • Stockton, CA 95201-0388 oqc+Fo'a�'�o- <br /> 209/468-3420 <br /> 'I <br /> March 11, 1995 <br /> fl <br /> I� PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> �i <br /> NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING <br /> SITE MITIGATION PLAN <br /> I <br /> NOTICE IS HERESY GIVEN that a ;soil remediation plan for <br /> contamination from underground storage tanks (USTs) previously <br /> located at 1740 Houston Avenue, Stockton has been reviewed by San <br /> Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division (PHS/EHD) . The plan !is a proposal for the excavation of <br /> soil which was contaminated due to unauthorized releases from the <br /> USTs which were located on the property. <br /> PHS/EHD, Local UST Oversight P 1.rogram, has made a tenative <br /> determination that the plan is: in compliance with local, State <br /> and Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work will <br /> not create significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed <br /> the benefits to be gained from cleanup of the contamination. <br /> The remediation plan is available for public review at PHS/EHD, <br /> 445 N.
