The plan !is a proposal for the excavation of <br /> soil which was contaminated due to unauthorized releases from the <br /> USTs which were located on the property. <br /> PHS/EHD, Local UST Oversight P 1.rogram, has made a tenative <br /> determination that the plan is: in compliance with local, State <br /> and Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work will <br /> not create significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed <br /> the benefits to be gained from cleanup of the contamination. <br /> The remediation plan is available for public review at PHS/EHD, <br /> 445 N.
