The City <br /> of Stockton will schedule the work this week and will provide PHS/EHD notification on <br /> the date for the over-excavation. <br /> * The work will be completed and the documentation of the work (to include the laboratory <br /> results, chain of custody, and the soil disposal records) will be submitted to PHS/EHD for <br />.` evaluation within 30 days after the completion of the work- <br /> * Should the limited excavation attempt fail to remove the remaining hydrocarbons, any <br /> additional work at this site should be conducted under the guidance of a qualified <br /> professional <br /> .j <br /> 1740 Houston Avenue <br /> * Three monitoring wells were installed last week at this site as per the workplan. Water <br /> sampling from the wells is scheduled for the third week of June.
