City of Stockton
Page 2 i
i I
1740 Houston '
MW-9 and MW-10 were installed in February 2002 to define the extent of.
the MTBE groundwater plume as proposed in Work Plan Addendum
dated November 19, 2001 prepared by AGE. Analytical results of the
grab groundwater samples collected between 50 to 60 feet below surface
grade (bsg) from boring B8 and B9 were 210 µg11 and 48 µg11 of MTBE,
respectively, but samples from below 60 feet bsg were either non-detect
or not above primary or secondary maximum contaminant levels. One
quarterly monitoring event has been conducted. EHD requests three
consecutive quarterly sampling events.
1465 S. Lincoln
Report to be reviewed and discussed with Central Valley Regional Water
Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB).
As an update to the meeting discussion, EHD has submitted a request for
concurrence on a "no further action required" determination from the
CVRWQCB.
A meeting with the City of Stockton to discuss the status of their sites at that time
is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on July 11, 2002, at the offices of EHD.
If you have any comments or questions contact Margaret Lagorio at (209) 468-
3449 or the EHD site manager.
Donna Heran, REHS, Director
Environmental Health Department
Margaret Lagorio, Supervising REHS
Site Mitigation Unit
c: CVRWQCB - Marty Hartzell
AGE - Bill Little
ATC - Jeanne Homsey
i
