i
City of Stockton sites
Page 2
1740 Houston
Three additional monitoring wells (MVV-6, MW-7, and MW-8) were
installed in October 2000 to evaluate the extent of the MTBE contaminant
plume. AGE presented the laboratory results at the meeting but the QMR
has not been submitted to PHSIEHD at this time. It was agreed that at
least two additional QMR would be required before deciding the next step
that would be needed to bring this site to closure. PHS/EHD also requires
the continuation of analyses for diesel in addition to the oxygenates in the
quarterly sampling.
1465 S. Lincoln
Preparation of the request to the Central Valley Regional Water Quality .
Control Board for concurrence on a "no further action required"
determination for the 12 000g allon UST removed from this site is
pending. The PHSIEHD staff reviewing the closure plan for the 10,000
gallon UST piping stated that the end':of the piping still has not been
located. PHSIEHD requires locating the piping before the closure in place
of the piping can be approved. AGE has proposed to video the piping to
determine its location and is to schedule this work with PHSIEHD.
A meeting with the City of Stockton to discuss the status of their sites at that time
is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on March 16, 2001, at the offices of PHSIEHD. 1
If you have any comments or questions contact Margaret Lagorio at (209) 468-
3449 or the PHSIEHD site manager.
Donna Heran, REHS, Director
Environmental Health Division
MargaretLagodoSupervising REHS
Site Mitigation Unit
c: CVRWQCB - Marty Hartzell
AGE - Bill Little
ATC - Jeanne Homsey
J I
k
