PHSIEHD <br /> representatives were Margaret Lagorio, Ron Rowe and Jeff Wong. Your <br /> consultants, Jeanne Homsey (ATC Associates) and Bill Little (Advanced <br /> GeoEnvironmental, Inc.) were also in attendance. The following is a summary of <br /> the site discussions at the meeting and other comments. <br /> Fontana Drive at Smith Canal <br /> At the previous meeting in March, 2000 it was agreed that a mass balance <br /> calculation, a fate and transport evaluation of the remaining <br /> contamination, a report of the pump test which was performed in July <br /> 1999, and two more quarterly monitoring reports (QMR) should be <br /> provided to PHSIEHD to better evaluate this site. PHSIEHD also directed <br /> quarterly sampling and analysis of water from all the monitoring wells be <br /> initiated immediately since the wells have not been sampled since <br /> November 1999. By the July 2000 meeting, PHSIEHD had not received <br /> these reports, and sampling of the monitoring wells had not occurred. At <br /> the July, 2000 meeting, it was agreed that a quarterly monitoring event <br /> would be conducted on July 14, 2000, a report of the pump test would be <br /> submitted to PHSIEHD by July 24, 2000, and two additional QMR would <br /> be submitted to PHSIEHD. A mass balance calculation and a fate and <br /> transport evaluation will be included in the second QMR, which is to be <br /> submitted by Decemeber 1, 2000. <br /> V/110 W. Sonora <br /> PHSIEHD has reviewed, commented, and approved with conditions Air <br /> SpargeNapor Extraction Pilot Test Results and Feasibility Study dated <br /> January 13, 2000 and Final Remediation Plan for Soil and Groundwater <br /> Remediation dated April 2, 2000 prepared by ATC Associates, Inc for this <br /> site.
