Van Buskirk Park Golf Course TL 394--0074-01 <br /> November 23, 1994 Page 5 <br /> Table 3 <br /> SummaU of Groundwater Depth and Survey Data <br /> Depths are in feet <br /> Elevations are in feet relative to mean sea level <br /> MONITORING GROUNDWATER SURVEYED WELL GROUNDWATER <br /> WELL DEPTH ELEVATION ELEVATION <br /> MW 1 14.05 7.76 -6.29 <br /> MW2 14.14 7.49 -6.65 <br /> MW3 1 14.01 1 7.74 -6.27 <br /> 5.0 CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> Based on the results of this investigation, Twining has made the following conclusions: <br /> • The local groundwater flow direction does not appear to have changed <br /> significantly since the previous monitoring event; and <br /> • Petroleum product constituents were not detected in groundwater samples collected <br /> from monitoring wells MW 1, MW2, or MW3 in October 1994. <br /> Based on the above conclusions, Twining presents the following recommendations: <br /> • A copy of this report should be submitted to the SJCEHD for review and <br /> comment. <br /> 6.0 LIMITATIONS <br /> This report was prepared with the understanding that it is the responsibility of the client to <br /> transmit this report, in its entirety, to the appropriate regulatory agencies. The findings contained <br /> in this report are solely professional opinions derived in accordance with current standards of <br /> professional practice. The work was performed for the sole use of Twining's client and <br /> appropriate regulatory agencies. Any reliance on this report by a third party is at such party's sole <br /> risk. <br />
