Facts,which.we find compelling are: <br /> 1 The tatikks were not used after 1977 and were removed in 1979. <br /> (2) 1,2 DCA is highly water soluble and very mobile in groundwater and thus would <br /> not be present at appreciable concentrations in either water or soil from a 20 year old <br /> gasoltuC::ryleas�e <br /> 0j Site monitoring wells show non-detect for benzene which is much less male and. <br /> 3(1 times more abundant than 1,2 DCA in regular unleaded gasoline.
