Our meeting with Ms. <br /> Hinson addressed any topics, and several conclusions were reached. First,we discussed the <br /> October,_,1995 report from the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory on Leaking Aa_. <br /> Underground Fuel Tanks, and the resulting December 8, 1995 interim guidance from the <br /> State Nater Resources Control Board to all Regional Boards and local agencies regarding <br /> closure of low risk tank sites. Second, we discussed specific contamination concerns at the <br /> 305 S. Hutchins property.
