However, please be advised that any contaminant release to air <br /> during this process must be permissible under your current permit with the San Joaquin <br /> Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District. Any violation of your permit may result in <br /> enforcement action by the Air Pollution Control District. <br /> The work proposed in the workplan can be scheduled to begin at any time.
