Two(2) <br /> USTs remain onsite under permit. <br /> 11/12/98 Two remaining diesel USTs removed this date under�HS-EBD permit and witness. <br /> Inspector notes No odor or soil discoloration in pit. <br /> 12/29/98 Laboratory results from recent UST removed received and soil contamination, TPH- <br /> Diesel at 13,000 mg/kg,detected in `dispenser #1' are . One in dispenser #1 area and other in UST pit. No <br /> odors or discolored soil from either probe noted by inspector. Holes grouted to <br /> surface. <br /> 01/24/00 Report of findings for November 1999 subsurface ' estigation results reviewed by <br /> PHS/EHD. No contamination detected in soil samp es from 10 and 15 or 20 feet <br /> bgs. Consultant concludes no impact beyond original bottom of USTs and no treat <br /> to groundwater exists and requests No Further Acdoi L. No groundwater <br /> investigation required and PHS-EHD concurs with consultant's conclusion and <br /> begins processing for closure. <br /> 01/31/00 Site closure documents prepared by PHS/EHD staff�or CVRWQCB concurrence. <br />
