An automatic shut <br /> down system for continuously monitored discharge; <br /> ° At ARCO's expense, ARCO Petroleum Froducts Company of Los Angeles <br /> shall secure a Liability Insurance Policy in the amount of two <br /> million ($2,000,000) dollars, nami g the City of Lodi as an insured <br /> under the policy and with a hold harmless clause, agreeing to defend <br /> the City of Lodi and its employees for any litigation that may <br /> occur as a result of this discharg stream; <br /> ° Written. approval be obtained from the California Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region, Sacramento office <br /> for Option 2, with a copy sent the City of Lodi , .Public Works <br /> Director; <br /> ° Written approval be obtained from the San Joaquin County local <br /> Health District for Option 2, with a copy sent the City of Lodi , <br /> Public Works Director; and <br /> Written approval be obtained from the Woodbridge irrigation <br /> District for Option 2, in the event the City of Lodi storm sewer <br /> e <br />
