Provide Environmental Health Department (EHD) data to support the claim that no past and <br /> current sources of contamination are present at the site. Data such as ERS records, USTs <br /> records, historical agriculture chemical application records, etc. <br /> 2. Submit an addendum to EHD addressing above mention comments.
