Delmar minor subdivision
Cn,+1T11 This email originated from outside the City of Stockton. Do not click any links or open attachments if this is
unsolicited email.
Hi John,
The permit may have 818 S. Wagner as the address because that was the only address at the time the permit
was pulled, as the Wagner address is the original house built back in the 60's sometime. So recently when the
new house was going to be built the address for Wagner had to be used to pull the permit as they didn't designate
the new address for the new house yet, ultimately given 817 Del Mar. Would imagine originally the Wagner
house was tied in when the City brought in sewer services to that area many years ago.
Hopefully that makes sense, if not please call me. We do have receipts of all fees paid to tie in the Del Mar house.
So once again we just need a brief email from you stating the City of Stockton will continue to serve sewer to both
residences.
thanks again for your time,
Gary
Gary Holtberg
Gary Holtberg Construction, Inc
12/11/2019
